No experience is necessary.
All you need to bring is a water bottle, sunscreen, hat and a change of clothes.
If you are new to paddling you will need to arrive 30 minutes early
– to register for your session.
– we can run you through a induction which provides you with safety instructions and a demonstration of the paddling technique
– to warm up with the team. Warm-ups generally start about 15-10 minutes prior to the scheduled training session .
After attending three (3) FREE training sessions, you can then decide whether you would like to continue with the sport and join our club.
