Welcome to Te Waka Dragons and to the sport of dragon boating!

Dragon boating is one of the oldest sports in the world - simply, a long canoe-like boat is powered by a team of paddlers working together. 

From the social nature of recreational paddling to the competitiveness of racing, this sport has something for everyone.

We invite you to experience dragon boating and all it has to offer.

Te Waka Dragons training ground is only 5 kms from Brisbane CBD, at Yoowogerra Park, 90 Sandgate Road Albion.

The club has become increasing competitive in recent years, with great results at both State and National Level. Our results at the 2011 Queensland State Titles held at Kawana Waters are the best in the club's history.
